Returns
The Plant Stable does NOT offer any returns at this time.
We take a photo of every order before it is shipped. If You received Your order and the wrong product / item was sent, please email Us at theplantstable@gmail.com. After looking at Our records and confirming You were sent the wrong product We will resend the correct product free of charge.
We will NOT accept any returned orders. Please do not send back any products as they will be refused and ‘returned to sender.’
Invalid Address – Postal Returns
If an item is returned to Our facility with an invalid address it is Your responsibility to contact Us and update your shipping information. You must contact Us within 2 weeks of Your orders ‘confirmed’ delivery date or risk forfeiting Your order. If Your order is returned to Our facility, You will be responsible for additional shipping costs to send Your order to another location. If You notice an issue with Your shipping information before Your order has shipped, please contact Us and We should be able to update Your order without issue.
Unclaimed Packages – Postal Returns
If an order goes unclaimed and is returned to Our facility You will be liable for contacting Us, updating Your shipping address (if necessary), and covering the new shipping costs. Additional fees may occur if not contacted within 2 weeks of the returned order.
Package Theft – Stolen Packages
We do not hold any liability or issue refunds for packages that are stolen. We understand how frustrating that can be. If You need Your package sent with a “signature required” please contact Us and We will do our best to accommodate Your request.
Acts of God / Mother Nature – Destroyed / Lost Packages
If Your package doesn’t arrive and/or was destroyed by an act of ‘God’ or ‘Mother Nature’ please contact Us at theplantstable@gmail.com and provide further information. Depending on the circumstance We will resend Your order free of charge.
