Refunds
The Plant Stable does not offer any refunds on any products at this time.
We take a photo of every order before it’s shipped to You. If you received Your order and the wrong product was sent, please email Us a photo of what You received. After confirming with Our pictures We will resend the correct items free of charge. If We make a mistake with Your order please do not send back any items as they will be refused and returned to the sender. We will send You the correct item free of charge if We placed the wrong item in Your order.
Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Products
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective products must be submitted within 2 weeks of receiving Your order. For packages lost in transit all claims must be submitted within 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Anything deemed as an error on Our part will be covered at no additional cost to You.
We do not offer any refunds for buyer’s remorse. We also do not offer exchanges.
