The Plant Stable’s ‘exotic seeds’ are strictly for novelty and souvenir purposes. The Plant Stable accepts no responsibility or liability for anyone who germinates novelty or souvenir items. It is Your responsibility to comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
The Plant Stable or its affiliates, hold no liability to what You do with Our products once they’re out of Our possession. This includes but is not limited to the germination of novelty/souvenir seeds.
We will not answer any question on the germination or cultivation of seeds. By purchasing Our souvenir seeds, You accept any and all liability regarding the possession of Our seeds in your jurisdiction. The Plant Stable makes no guarantees or warrants regarding the legalities of Our seeds in your jurisdiction.

No seeds are eligible for return or will ever be accepted if shipped back to Our facility. However, If You were sent the wrong souvenir seeds please contact us, upon inspection we will send You the correct seeds free of charge. You can keep the previous order if We made a mistake. DO NOT send anything back to our facility.
Canvases & Posters
Our canvases and posters are ‘printed to order.’ This means they are printed after You place Your order. To ensure proper packaging and safe delivery, Canvas Prints will be shipped by our ‘printing affiliate’ in Portland, OR. All canvas prints are shipped within 5 business days of receiving payment for Your order. Most posters are shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment for Your order.
Our ‘poster prints’ will NOT come with a frame unless stated in the ‘product description.’ We will ship all posters in a protective cardboard tube.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges for canvas prints or posters. If Your order was damaged during shipping, please contact Us and We will work with You to make it right. We take pictures of all outgoing orders and also provide tracking to confirm delivery.
All clothing is ‘printed to order’ and could take up to 7 business days to ship. We use local printers in Portland Oregon to insure high quality printing on all clothing purchased. We only say 7 business days for worst case scenario, most clothing orders go out within 3 business days.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges for clothing at this time. If Your order was damaged during shipping, please contact Us and We will work with You to make it right. We take pictures of all outgoing orders and also provide tracking to confirm delivery. If You were sent the wrong size, upon conformation, We will resend the correct size free of charge.
Stickers & Accessories
Our Stickers and accessories are made with high quality materials from the United States. They are the only items we sell that are not 100% made in Oregon, but are still made by companies who claim to only use American made materials.
We do not currently accept any returns or exchanges for stickers or accessories at this time. If the stickers or accessories You received were damaged during shipping, please contact us and we will work with you to make it right. We take pictures of all outgoing orders and also provide tracking to confirm delivery. If You were sent the wrong stickers or accessories, upon conformation, We will resend the correct items free of charge.
Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds.
The Plant Stable does NOT accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products at this time. If Your package was damaged during shipping, please contact Us at firstname.lastname@example.org and We will work with you to make it right. We take pictures of all outgoing orders and also provide tracking to confirm delivery. We do not refund for stolen orders. However, If You were sent the wrong items send Us a photo of what you received and upon conformation we will send You the correct items free of charge.
